We are not permitted by law to deliver meat during (full moon) poya holidays. Our delivery service may also be unavailable on some com mercial holidays in Sri Lanka, which are determined at our discretion. We deliver only in the cities stated on the Site (delivery areas). The person collecting the goods will receive a digital invoice upon delivery via email.
However, the Customer can return an item that has not been opened, has been partially consumed, or has been harmed on your end. We will replace any things that are spoilt or damaged when the product is delivered with new ones the same day. Returns of goods are not eligible for cash reimbursements.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice, including the delivery fee and delivery/pick-up time slots.

To purchase a product from Snappers.lk, follow the onscreen prompts and click on the item of interest. You can review and correct any input errors in your order until you click the “Checkout” button on the ‘Order Summary’ page. After placing an order, you will receive an email from Snappers.lk acknowledging receipt of the order, but this does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Snappers.lk reserves the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock or discontinued, if there is an issue with payment authorization, or if the terms and conditions are violated. When the product is handed over to the customer, a Dispatch Confirmation will be issued, along with the original invoice.
Orders may be canceled due to item unavailability, incorrect product offering, or incorrect price being promoted.

Our prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in our Delivery Information. We offer various payment options, such as credit/debit card payments and cash on delivery. However, for credit/debit card payments, you must confirm that the card belongs to you and is subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses payment, we will not accept your order, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. To complete your order, you must pay in full through our online payment portal or at the point of delivery. Once you have paid, you will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation.
